Welcome to my personal academic portal. I am a Nepalese scholar, educator, and researcher currently serving as the Academic Director and Head of the Research committee at Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM), Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, Nepal.
I obtained my Professional Researcher in Teacher Education in Educational Sciences and Teacher Education from the University of Eastern Finland. My research focuses on teacher retention, digital pedagogy implementation in higher education, inclusive education for marginalized students, cybersecurity literacy, and educational leadership in complex environments.
As the founder and Chairperson of Saraswoti Kendra Nepal, I am deeply committed to supporting marginalized and disabled students across community schools in Chitwan and Nawalparasi districts through scholarship grants, educational materials, and advocacy.
